This surgery has always exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it. I am fortunate to have been a patient long before most will remember, the practice originated with Dr Grierson, from Silver Street, it then went to Dr. Lawson, then Dr Bishop who moved to Church Street and eventually to Beversbrook. I particularly like the possibility of early morning appointments.

My husband and I had a joint appointment and both our indivudual health issues were discussed in a clear and comprehensive manner. Although our combined appointment time over-ran we didn't feel rushed or pressurised. We have just returned from living in France for 8 years so ongoing health issues needed onward referals and we were advised in a clear manner as to how these would proceed. Similarly, the doctor made certain that she understood what treatment we had in France and what medications we were prescribed there. Overall, we left feeling confident that our ongoing health issues will be dealt with efficiently and effectively. We are impressed with the on-line system used by the practice and overall we found the process of registering very efficient.

I telephoned for information regarding some potential side effects our 16 month old little boy had experienced as a possible result of some medicine that Dr Aston had prescribed. I requested a telephone call on what to do over the weekend. The receptionist was extremely helpful and offered me an appointment that afternoon which I was not expecting. When we arrived Dr Aston spent plenty of time to reassure and explain. We also discussed a different issue. Exemplary service
