We do try as much as possible to make sure that our patients are seen by the most appropriate clinician in a timely manner and I apologise that you feel that this has not been your experience. January has been a very busy month due to pressures felt throughout the NHS but we are still trying to ensure that we offer an excellent level of clinical care that we possibly can.
