I went to the surgery in a terrible state. The receptionist listened and showed me how to get the help I needed fastest. The appointment helped and I'm reassured after finding a lump in my breast and have a check up if I need it. Thank you to the receptionist (didnt catch her name but short hair and glasses). I know that NHS isn't a happy place right now but its the way of the world, you csnt blame them. The nurse was lovely and I wouldnt have known she wasn't a doctor if I wasnt told
