I was given an emergency phone appointment, it has been 4 days and no one has called me. I have tried calling them and I can’t get through.

Under the current COVID-19 restrictions we are trying to ensure that patients have access to the right clinical care to meet their needs, mostly we have been offering video or telephone appointments to consult with our patients.
