Its about time that someone actually answered the phone. I jave been on the phone for over 3hrs today with NO response. WHY???
Its not the first time and im not thee only one complaining about this.
If you cant handle the calls my suggestion id that you employ more people to answer the phone.
NHS111 have also been in contact with you today and couldnt get through. Your becoming a joke.
The local hospitals are disgusted with you too, sending patients to them when you should have dealt with them in sugery, NOT OVER THE PHONE.
Patford surgery is set up with an in out door system but you WONT use symplicity. Get a grip!
Everything thats in the above box!!
