I haven’t been at this surgery for long, but I’ve had nothing but positive experiences so far! I have been suffering with a number of mental health issues for my entire life, and this is the first time I’ve actually felt listened to, as opposed to my last GP where I was made to feel like I was overreacting, or like I was a waste of their time. Their mental health practitioner, Emma Hart, is absolutely fantastic, she was so friendly and really listened to what I had to say, I’m so appreciative!
Also, facilities are very clean, lots of space and distancing, and I’ve always been seen on time.

Disgusted been trying since September to get a repeat prescription
The staff are hostile rude & disrespectful . Got a telephone appointment turned out I was flustered off with a trainee, no help whatsoever.
As a high risk I'm told to shield, was told if I want my precriptions would have to pay delivery which I cannot afford, why are we being told NHS is open when your treated like this.
I
am in pain, distress & have given up seeking any help from these people they are a disgrace
Try doing your job & help people
Recently (before covid 19) I went through a very challenging few months resulting in a change of address, the help & support both with my physical & mental well being by the doctors here was exceptional.
I rarely ask for help but reached out & was amazed with the support.
Thank you all, especially Dr W Barker.
Always helpful and quick to get an appointment.
Clean, welcoming and efficient.
Good team of staff.
