I think from the time you arrive at Bermondsey surgery, every person involved tries to give each patient personal caring attention. Having transferred from another local surgery that seemed to have staff hostile to patients, I find it such a relief to be constantly treated with the kind of care anyone needs when worried about their family's health. The receptionists seem to work effortlessly as a team. All the doctors we have seen are far better in knowledge and time given to patients than we found at previous surgeries. We have absolute faith that this surgery is well run and well staffed. We could only ask for one more thing: not having to wait weeks for an appointment with our favorite doctor, because she is so good that many book her appointments as soon as they are available. Good surgery, good staff.
