When you finally get through to one of the rude receptionists and make an appointment don't expect them to actually keep it. The number of times I have had appointments cancelled is ridiculous. They don't bother to call either, just text so you have to call them back to be told they don't have any other appointments available.
I recently changed to this practice when the Seven Posts one moved to Bishops Cleeve. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff I've encountered. The two doctors I have seen were courteous, caring and experienced. I could tell they understood the multiple medical problems, and they explained them clearly and fully. I was given a blood pressure test by a nurse and she too was excellent and thorough on re-checking her results. They are training up new receptionists at the moment but each time I have been there (I go to the surgery rather than phone) they have been friendly and very helpful. I am really pleased to have moved to this surgery.
I've been trying to contact them by phone for 3 days in a row.
Nobody ever even pick ups the phone.
They don't care about me, my illness, my treatment or even about giving me my blood test results.
I would never recommend this GP to anyone. Please, for your own sake, find another one.
Long waiting times if you want a routine appointment.
Very difficult to get through by phone. Have just rung for the fifth time and been cut-off, and now phone is endlessly ringng so I have given up again.
Tried to set up automated system for bookings instead, but password provided didn't work etc etc.
If you have loads of time on your hand then fine, but otherwise trying to get seen will eat up your day.
Shame about the surgery because the doctors are generally great when (and if ) you get to see one.
I came for my diabetic review this morning and received first rare care and advice
Thank you
