I have been registered since 2013. The surgery is modern with most of the consultation rooms being spacious. Receptionists are courteous very efficient and friendly. I have never once had a problem getting an appointment. Care and treatment has always exceeded my expectations. The practice nurses are always helpful and approachable. Very efficient system for follow up appointments. Berinsfield and the surrounding villages are privileged to have such a good health centre.

I have been a patient at Berinsfield for 18 years and want to say how excellent this health centre is. It has a proud history and the current practice has recovered that especially in recent years. The triage and telephone systems are excellent. The newer GPs great - I was really anxious when the excellent Dr Jones left but recently went to see my new named GP - like another reviewer I was sad to see I couldn't leave a review for Johanna Mack whose grasp of my situation and communication with hospital colleague was outstanding. Thank you!

The staff at Berinsfield Health Centre are fantastic. The receptionists are friendly and really efficient, dealing with enquiries quickly. The doctors I have spoken to/seen have been brilliant; very approachable, reassuring and knowledgable. Every time I have needed this service my expectations have been exceeded. Berinsfield health centre is the best go practice I have experienced. It is easy to get appnts, staff are so open to listening to me and happy to offer advice but also willing to consider my opinions on some long standing problems. They let me know when my regular blood tests are due which is so helpful. The telephone consultations are great and dr's phone me so quickly and very helpful.
