The only thing this practice seems to care about is saving money. Having been seizure free for almost 20 years, at my last review, it was suggested to me that I come off the medication. My neurologist, who I paid privately to see, advised me never to come off it. I could go on .....

Stop being mercenary, listen to and show some compassion towards your patients.

I have been a patient at this practice for 40 years and whilst things have changed a lot over the years I am still very happy with the care I receive. When I discuss my care with friends from other towns and cities I appreciate how well looked-after I am.

I find it strange that nobody has posted a review befor. We have been customers of Bentham for 3 years and used to brag about the service, however for the last couple of years have found the service awfull.When,you get to meet the doctors all(exept one) are caring and of a high standard. However it now takes up to 3 weeks to get a non urgent appointment, if you say its urgent a doctor phones you to decide on when you can be seen. Even prescriptions are prioritised? The majority of the doctors are part time so its difficult to see the same doctor unless you are prepared to wait. All in all pretty poor. For some reason there are 2 managers plus receptionists to look after these doctors, these people aren`t old so dont know why they are part time.
