I'm terminal with t4 cancer if need to see someone I still.ave to wait weeks for an appointment .but they just dnt listen .phoned on 9th May due to gp getting my prescription dates wrong .so can get tablets ..had call back 3hrs later from deputy supervisor.told would ring me today 10th to sort it out .and not called at all.surgery got no communication. They dnt look at what's wrong with u on computer before u arrive either .everything I ave to tell a different doc wats wrong .bloody joke .

Get organised it's a shambles .especially for the terminal patient .get treated like there's nothing wrong with them because they dnt take the time to check on the patient. Especially the reception.certain patients should be priority .I ave direct contact which is useless also

The blonde receptionist at Bellevue surgery is absolutely shocking. Her attitude towards patients and helping people is appalling. Shes the most unhelpful person I have ever had to deal with

Dr Sion Edwards saw me throughout my treatment and was absolutely brilliant.an excellent Dr who never rushes and always has time for you. I cannot praise him enough.

All of the doctors that I have seen at this practice are such good doctors but in particular Dr crosbie is the most amazing doctor, he is kind, compassionate, truly the best doctor I have ever seen. The surgery offers late appointments, it is easy to get an appointment without having to wait. The receptionists are friendly and will always go out of their way to help you. I feel so blessed to be registered with this surgery

Very impressed on first visit today, so much so that I'm wondering if these reviews have been attached to the right practice. I found Belle Vue easy to find, easy to park, welcoming and clean. Despite a very busy morning, reception staff and booking in process were very friendly and efficient. I waited only 5 minutes to be seen by the GP, despite notices apologising for potential delays due to GP vacancies. The consultation with Dr Bell was great. I would highly recommend this practice based on today's experience.
