It is extremely irritating that so many patients continue to use their mobile phones whilst waiting. Large printed signs need to be placed around the room. And people need to be told when not obeying. It is NOT sufficient just to put it on the screen.

Joined this surgery Jan 2013 after receiving no help from previous surgery. Beechfield Surgery has been amazing and I believe saved my life. On my first visit I was extremely anxious and very unwell due to not getting the help and care I needed at previous surgery. My Dr was lovely, she listened to me, made me feel very much at ease which I'd never experienced before. I received the medical care and help I needed from that very first visit and has been consistent since. Ringing for an appointment has always been a good experience and have been able to get an appointment with my usually Dr or another Dr within the practice. Reception staff have always been polite and pleasant all in all I can honestly say Beechfield is the best Surgery I've ever been to and would highly recommend
