Depends on the Dr and Receptionist some really nice some need people skills.

Beechfield is a great GP surgery. The staff are always friendly and polite and I never had any problems when phoning with questions about referrals or treatment. The triage system works very well.

When I listen to how some patients complain about their doctors surgery I can honestly say I am relieved that Beechfield is such a welcoming practice. I have been a patient for more years that I can remember and I am happy with the service I am currently receiving; polite, professional, friendly and very helpful

I want to say a big THANK YOU to the ladies that make my tray of tablets. I really rely on you and as I can’t open the packets of tablets it’s so nice that you do it for me.
I get confused so it’s great I can see at a glance if I’m on schedule. I love the fact they are delivered and I am very grateful to you for sorting this all out
