Rang multiple times morning and afternoon. No answer, says in a queue then just keeps ringing over 5mins or just rings (no queue automated answer). Not able to book online appointments!?

Suggested improvements
Offer online appointments! Answer the phone in a timely manner! Be courteous and helpful Receptionists think you owe them an explanation, they arent clinically trained so don't need to know why booking except if requesting a triage call.

Complete waste of time ,more chance of winning lottery than getting an appointment,rang 4 days on the run at 8 am to try and get appointment even though I was number 12 in the phone queue they run out of appointments when I eventually got through,no one ever answers the phone if you ring any other time,still haven't got even a phone appointment,I will be changing to a different practice as soon as I can,I can't stress enough how unhelpful they have beeb

On the afternoon of Friday 27th July,I was rang by beech house prescription line. The lady was patronising, condescending and abrupt. I am going on holiday and wanted to ensure that I had enough medication. She also told me how to take the medication insinuating that I was taking too much, I felt like I was being accused of something when I only wanted my medication a bit earlier due to my holiday It was hardly a repeat prescription for an Opiod!!! I am a qualified Nurse and I doubt she had a medical background. I was very upset to be spoke to like this. If she speaks to elderly people like this then i really feel sorry for them. Working in the healthcare profession I can honestly say that I have never spoke to patient like that. I felt quite traumatized and then angry.

Catherine the receptionist is unhelpful, confrontation, bristly. Really bad experience on the phone and in person.

As someone who already suffers badly from anxiety and is under assessment for autism I was left feeling awful after my latest appointment and will find it difficult to call up when I need to go again. The nurse practitioner I saw was very abrupt and unhelpful, I need to get my medical problem sorted not be made to feel like I'm making it up. I also need to get a follow up appointment with the doctor that ordered tests done for me but can't make an appointment with him unless he's free when I call up at 8am every morning, couldn't book me one in advance.
