I can only echo the comments of other patients - the practice is fantastic. All the staff are caring, friendly and helpful. The whole atmosphere is comforting and reassuring. I consider myself very lucky to be with the Beaconsfield Practice.
The doctors are so caring and thorough.I feel very safe with the knowledge that they will do all they can to help me.The receptionists are very good and I can always get an appointment really quickly.Cant think of anything that would improve as I am very satisfied .
I have been a patient at this practice for years (since it was actually on Beaconsfield Villas) and have always been happy with my GP, though in the past sometimes found it difficult to get an appointment without a lot of trying to get through on the phone on dot of 8am. This seems completely sorted now...I phoned this morning, used the really easy phone menu to select the option, only waited for 3 or 4 mins for someone to become free, and was then offered a choice of two or three appointment times this morning. I arrived, checked in easily with the automated system, and was seen bang on time. Really impressed.
The reception and clinical staff at the surgery are great. The receptionists are patient and friendly. Jane and her nursing team are brilliant! They give you time and empathy and you really do feel they care about you, your health and your family's health.
Beaconsfield surgery is the best practice I have ever used. All of the receptionists are extremely helpful, and go out of their way to help, which is so refreshing. I always find it easy to get an appointment, and the doctors are very caring and actually show an interest in my welfare, as well as the nurses. Even when I moved out of the catchment area I wrote to see if I could stay on their books, and they said I could which I was so grateful for, as I have been using the surgery for years, and have always had the same excellent service. When I moved house again, I thought that I would have to write another letter, but just after I left, the receptionist phoned me to say there was no need, as I had moved back into their catchment area, and she thought she'd call me as I seemed worried when I left. Nice touches like this, for me make the practice outstanding. Well done and thank you.
