My Husband and I have recently joined this surgery. I left Leighton Road Surgery after many years, as the service was non existent. My Husband left his surgery because he saw how well run and helpful Doctors, Nurses, receptionists all the staff were. So helpful, kind and cheerful. This makes such a difference when one is feeling unwell.

I have always found the reception staff to be helpful and considerate. I have found Karen Dignum, particularly helpful as a receptionist. She is also a gentle and skilful phlebotomist. Dr Longstaff has always been helpful too.

Everyone at this surgery are excellent from the Doctors and receptionists to nurses etc. We have never had trouble making appointments and my husband's health in particular is on going we are grateful for the care and attention received particularly from Dr John Henderson

I had a problem with a prescription the person behind the counter was very unhelpful and would not listen to me.I found her very rude .I should have taken her name.

They do not listen to a patients concerns abd simply fob people off or try refer to another doctor in surgery. No one is really willing to actually look into matters properly.
