Avoid this surgery, almost impossible to get an appointment, my mother has been suffering from a reoccurring, painful condition for over 2 months now and struggles very time to get an appointment, despite ringing from 8.30am as directed. One particular receptionist is extremely unhelpful & condescending, demanding to know exactly what the problem is. One response from her was 'well if I have to give you an appointment what happens when someone with breathing problems calls and there aren't any appointments left because you've taken one of them?' I've advised my Mother to change doctor's surgeries at the earliest opportunity. Disgusting!!

Always have to describe your medical problems to the receptionist, they will then decide if you are unwell enough to see a doctor. If you are fortunate enough to pass this stage then you might see the doctor in 2 weeks when your feeling better. Not good enough.
