I understand that the doctor's time is precious, but he still had time to listen to my concerns and was able to put my mind at rest that my condition would quickly be forwarded to the right department(s).

I have been a patient at The Barn Surgery for nearly 8 years. I have complete confidence in the professional care I receive there for a rather complex health condition and liaison with secondary care consultants is very good. The premises are rather small which does pose problems for confidentiality on the phone and blood testing sometimes but we have been told that all patients will be able to be seen downstairs in the fairly near future. Receptionists are always friendly and helpful. I would like to thank all staff for their excellent care, well done.
