Dr Pidgeon is an excellent GP who listens and gives advice carefully and explains what options are available for specific conditions.
The local clinical commission group puts enormous constraints on clinicians, I find it very sad that recommendations from a "computer screen" from the CCG/NHS guidelines compromise the skill of GP decision making on care and treatment of patients.
May I suggest improving the "air flow" through the surgery and waiting room to make it more comfortable for staff and patients?
