Dreadful surgery. Staff are unhelpful particularly Barry who just can’t be bothered, terrible attitude. Worst G.P surgery avoid at all costs.

Actually give a damn about your patients. Hire reception staff that have at least an iota ago empathy and doctors that listen and don’t dismiss you especially if you are a woman,

25/05/2021. I have MS and I need to rely on my GP and nurse, I have had some problems lately where I had to contact my GP. It took a while to book an appointment however after 2 wks. ( 2 weeks of bleeding from rectum ) finally I managed to see a doctor (always a different one …just to make it easier)After the doctor book some test .. I didn't hear from them at all. After a few weeks I enquired about my test result, I still have the same issue but I didn't know nothing about my results increasing my anxiety ..still bleeding ! Called the practice (Bannockburn) to see a doctor , they told me to go on line ..(great!!) booked an appointment with a doctor and I have got an appointment with a nurse ??? telephone call appointment booked , I received a txt confirming the appointment for the next day...nobody called, as usual (yes its not the first time )increasing my anxiety level witch with my MS (MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS) doesn't help. Called back the practice ... they said they were sorry but had the wrong number on the system...liars!!! I have been with the practice for the last 3 yrs , they had my correct number, they called me numerous times before ..they even send a txt to confirm the appointment for the next day!! and now they lied because they are unprofessional and disrespectful , the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional, almost shouting at me telling me that wasn't her fault if my tel number was wrong !! anyway after a discussion on the phone she said to me that the issue was going to be corrected and someone ( doctor or nurse or the guy in the pub..) will call me later on ...still waiting !! still bleeding !! Now!! how do you want me to call this service ?? disgusting? abusive ? disrespectful ?unprofessional? This practice is a disgrace , I don't even know why is it still open . People with serious illness will die earlier in the hands of those cowboys !! what a shame . ps I will take this complaint further , the people in that practice need to change the way they behave ...horrible!!!!!!

1 give appointment to people to see doctors 2 be polite and professional 3 shut that place down ITS A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME 4 dirty as a burn

Have the receptionist have more manners and treat people with care they deserve. The woman on the phone to my mother of 91 was absolutely disgusting and rude. She never let her explain nothing . The receptionist involved should not be working there
