Reception office is excellent, ‘phone calls are answered promptly and with courtesy and efficiency.There is little waiting time, despite the current situation. If further action is required, it too is dealt with speedily . We have been registered with BRMC since 1973, and remain with them because , compared to the GP’s of friends, they are simply the best. I should include Dr. Stephen Jones in all this.

I find the whole Practice is extremely well run. You are always greeted with extreme kindness by the office staff, appointments are usually very quick for this day and age and all the doctors are welcoming, and attentive.

The receptionists have always been sympathetic and helpful as have the other doctors in the practice and the nurse too. On one occasion when I was too ill to attend in person, I was able to consult Dr Hornby over the phone and his prescription was delivered promptly by a local pharmacy which solved the situation.

BRMC has been the place I go for medical help for the past thirty years. It is efficiently run; all the staff from doctors to receptionists and nurses are helpful and friendly. In an emergency you can nearly always get a same day appointment provided you telephone early (soon after 8 am). Rarely is it necessary to wait more than a few days for an appointment with a doctor even for non urgent problems. It must be one of the best practices in the whole NHC.
