Receptionists can often seem abrupt/rude but depends who you speak to as there have been some lovely receptionists.
Most Drs are excellent and you see your normal dr as much as possible - more than I’ve found in other surgeries
Lack of care, rude staff and poor communication or consideration of patients and what they have to go through
I've moved around alot settling into civilian life.most surgery receptionist are so offensively unbearable but balmore have amazing receptionists, lovely to be dealt by.
My Doc ,Dr mcquillen (probably not spent correct) is the most caring and understanding I've ever been lucky to have..
This surgery should be used as a blueprint as to howa surgery should be
I can't speak highly enough of this surgery, which can give me an appointment the same day sometimes, despite a huge list of patients. (Closed for new patients currently.)
My Dr there is the best GP I've ever had, absolutely spot on.
The staff are all excellent, helpful and friendly apart from one physiotherapist I saw who was very skilled but a little on the rude side.
Repeat prescriptions are dealt with efficiently. The premises is clean and very suitable.
If only all doctors surgeries could be up to this high standard.
Balmore Park is a modern surgery that houses a busy practice but does so in an efficient and friendly way. They offer you the choice of booking longer in advance to see your own doctor for non-urgent cases or fitting you in often within hours, for urgent complaints.
The practice must have a dozen consulting rooms including a nurse practice, on site phleotomy clinic and travel vaccinations.
The surgery is clean and well lit with comfortable waiting area, but above all it is efficient and the practice has some truly great doctors.
