The receptionists are first rate! I have seen them go beyond in helping others as well as myself, as they did late on a recent Friday when you knew they just wanted to go home, ensuring prescriptions were done before the weekend and taking the time to talk to patients about things they did not understand, smiling every step of the way. This is a fabulous surgery (and have seen two lovely doctors I have seen made me feel comfortable) and would highly recommend it.

Excellent practice, I have received great care from the surgery. The receptionists are very helpful. The surgery is extremely clean It was very easy to make an appointment today The receptionists are always helpful and kind.

Just every one going a good service

One way I feel they could increase patient satisfaction, especially on mornings, w that telephone calls are answered within three rings. This can be achieved by assigning two staff to simply answer the telephones, for a period of 30 minutes to one hour. Some of the doctors can, at times, give the impression of arrogance. Someone was once told - on saying that they were depressed and had no appetite - "you're carrying enough weight to keep you going for a good while". Not helpful!
