The receptionists are really pleasant and will always try to help if there is a problem. The surgery has a good appointment system meaning that you can book online or by phone and have an appointment on the same day in an emergency. The automated check-in system is speedy and efficient and the waiting room is warm and comfortable. Having all the health services in one place is very convenient and I have found all the staff and medical practitioners very professional. Being able to park and close to a pharmacy is a bonus.
