Yesterday I had an appointment with the locum I think he was called Dr Manuel,
What a pleasure it was,he was welcoming,charming,listened to me,took his time,a real gentleman.he soon diagnosed my condition and was soon on my way.it reminded me of what my village doctor was like 50 years ago...well done balmoral he is a credit to you and dare I say some of the other doctors there ought to take a page out of his book
