All I have to say is when you need a urgent appointment or speak to a doctor in that surgery you should be able to speak to or see as I was in the surgery and some time there are a few receptionist who really can't be bothered you should also speak in quiet manner the receptionist shouldn't speak loud or repeat for all to hear when sitting there u can hear what the patient on the phone told them by receptionist repeating it especially their phone numbers
