Brilliant doctors,some of the receptionists can be rude at times

All I have to say is when you need a urgent appointment or speak to a doctor in that surgery you should be able to speak to or see as I was in the surgery and some time there are a few receptionist who really can't be bothered you should also speak in quiet manner the receptionist shouldn't speak loud or repeat for all to hear when sitting there u can hear what the patient on the phone told them by receptionist repeating it especially their phone numbers

I think its bad that they say ring at 8am but it rings till 8.30 some times and then u missed appointment especially if you are poorly and also when you want to speak to your doctor and you tell them its private but they still keep asking u when u say its private its private between you and your doctor

my only problem I have in the past and still happening is: I go on line to order my tablets and find that the service has been transferred to yet another service....this time I clicked onto the new service and was informed NOT BEEN SWITCHED..so now I must telephone the surgury and phone calls cost money!!!!! margaret Jackson 39 milldale close, deal

hello i thought it would be useful to give you feedback ref the online patient details my vision online . co. uk it will not let me register,,,,,I have spent about one hour trying to get on so that i can get an appt tomorrow online. Disappointed for sure.......NOt your fault at Balmoral i am sure but,,,,who said IT is quicker, better ,etc?
