Always really polite, helpful and friendly and with a large selection of GOOD doctors to choose from. Making it easier to get an appointment. Delighted that I changed to this practice.

Getting through by telephone is not always easy. The patients are advised to ring first thing in the morning, but it's extremely difficult as there is usually one receptionist to take the call, then there are options which are not always answered. Otherwise I am extremely satisfied with the practice and the staff. I have been registered there for 28 years!

I have nothing but praise for this surgery. The premises are modern and well kept and parking is easy. The receptionists are helpful and generally it is possible to get an appointment when we want one. A number of services are available in the surgery. I have had tremendous support from my GP and feel very fortunate to be a patient here.
