I have been a patient of this surgery for about 13 years and it was always perfect. The doctors and nurses were always very helpful so were the reception staff. I have long term illness and felt supported at this surgery which gave be great confidence my medication was always ready on time too. Now it has been taken over by an American company and the changes were instantly felt by myself and other patients. All the staff left in a matter of a couple of weeks and it is now ran mainly with locums who seem to not really care ..or know anything about your medical requirements. Trying to get an appointment for something as basic for my regular blood tests which I have to have for my medication of Humira is almost impossible and my results keep getting lost! You can spend over an hour trying to get through and get cut off just as you get to the front of the queue! It's obviously not fit for purpose as they cannot provide a proper service as they cannot get staff to work for them. The reception staff are always being replaced and have a very bad attitude towards patients..they also have notices pinned up all over the place about patients being rude which is priceless. I have been in the long queue and witnessed them being very negative to patients who are obviously in need of an appointment or have a sick relative needing one. Something needs to be addressed about this situation as we are basically not getting any care from these people.

It is difficult to get a telephone call on the same day unless you go down to the surgery in person at 8.00am. It is,almost impossible to get a face to face, but I understand this is a problem with most surgeries. At least the receptionists are kind and try hard to help you which is a plus.Nothing

Nothing but you are all very good. Wearing a mask is difficult for me and I need water to help me event hough.tou are busy you all go to fetch me a glass of water. Thank you.
