I can get through on the phone very quickly the reception staff are always very helpful I get a call back from the doctor the same day and if they need to see me it's normal the same day, since they started phone call and not face to face booking I fill that I am treated a lot better as I have said If needed I can get to see a doctor the same day.

The triage system works well and I always get an appointment if needed either remotely or F2F. The E consult option allows me to explain my issues clearly and I assume frees up reception time. All medical staff are caring and compassionate as are most reception staff. My only issue is that just one member of staff is often sharp, argumentative and unhelpful. When you are feeling ill this can be very upsetting and distressing. However overall it is a brilliant practice , thank you.

To the member of staff concerned, please don't treat the patient as an enemy. Personally I am most grateful for your time and always treat you with the respect you deserve. To that end I would like to be treated in the same way. This does not reflect on my visit yesterday when all reception staff were caring and kind.

No long since we changed over to this surgery, but since we’ve been there it was the best thing we did moving to this surgery from Puzey Pactice, everything we need appointments, help, great receptionists and also doctors, and nurses absolutely fantastic.

If you can get past the wall of receptionists who make medical decisions on behalf of you and medically trained staff, you may get through to a doctor (but more likely a locum or other medical profession such as a pharmacist or paramedic. They will make decisions for you with little consent or consideration for your long term well-being and seem to base decisions on what gives them the least amount of work. Test results aren’t shared with you. Regular tests are ignored. I would not recommend.

Suggested improvements
Almost everything. Very poor culture from almost all staff here.

Unfortunately all the Doctors seem to have gone AWOL. Nurses are the only offering.

Suggested improvements
You could actually let us make an appointment to see a real Doctor. I have no confidence in Nurses, they don't have the same training, after one told me I had Scabies when it was an allergic reaction to a drug. I have a fairly important effect regarding my Chronic heart problem, which I need to discuss with my Doctor. I don't "identify" I AM a woman.
