I phoned the surgery and was offered a 'phone back' service. The doctor phoned back ahead of the indicated time and having discussed my problems, invited me to attend the surgery later that morning. I was seen exactly on the prearranged time and received excellent attention. I can only praise this service.

My wife was referred by Good Hope Hospital to Ashfurlong Tudor Practice after a very high Blood Pressure prevented them from conducting a Procedure - Steriod Injection into her Hip. We were treated really well, seen by Doctor Despandi immediately on arrival, he recommended Blood to be taken, ECG to be completed normally all of this would take quite some time. But no, Jo the receptionist arranged it all and within an hour all was completed and a follow up appointment booked for 4 weeks time :-) Doctor, Nurses and particularly Receptionist Jo were all Fantastic :-) Thank You - Highly Recommend Tudor Practice, Ashfurlong

I had to phone the surgery to book a time when Dr. Prasad would phone me to get a clear view of my problem. She phoned exactly at the pre-arranged time. She dealt efficiently with my query then booked me in to see the practice nurse Ann that morning. At 11.20 I attended for my appointment with the nurse. She was excellent in completing all my tests and as I told her why all of these test were necessary she told me of her own similar illness. She was warm and reassuring. What a lovely lady. Thank you.

I had an appointment with the phlebotomist Olivia for blood tests. She was very efficient but asked about my health. I told her that the blood tests were requested by A&E at Good Hope Hospital when I was admitted with a left bundle branch blockage but normal blood tests, caused by exposure to wifi/mobile phone mast emissions. She had never heard of the condition but listened and understood very quickly. She didn't realise that she was doing counselling as well as phlebotomy. She was more supportive in 5 minutes than some in my family who don't believe there is such a condition. She was great. Thank you Olivia. I phoned the surgery to make a doctor's appointment and it was suggested I phone the next day at 8am and book a triage discussion with a doctor. I phoned as requested at 8.07am to find all the triage appointments had gone. The doctors I usually see were not available but I could see a Dr. Despande who regularly covers for one of the doctors I had requested, later that morning. The day before I had collapsed and gone to A&E at Good Hope General Hospital. They diagnosed a left bundle branch blockage to the heart, usually indicative of a heart attack, but my blood test results were normal. They had never seen this before saying that the electrical network of the heart had been disrupted resulting in the blockage of blood to the heart. I suggested I had heard of this before as a consequence of wifi radiation on the heart. They agreed this was a possibility. I related my story to Dr. Despande. He was astonished but he listened was sympathetic, arranged the blood tests the hospital had told me to discuss with my GP. I'd not met this doctor before but he was brilliant; open minded and a listener. He accepted the information I gave him that I had collected about the effect of wifi. I was delighted. On leaving I asked the receptionist about the volume of patients and she replied that there had been a massive increase in patients wanting appointments and that they were doing all they could to manage it professionally.
