New system in place for getting an appointment. Completely impersonal and frankly dangerous. Trying to save money by making your patients suffer inconvenience and indignity. Very very poor.

I do not like the updated appointments scheme where we have to call to book appointments to then get a telephone appointment with a doctor and then be seen. I have a chronic pain problem and want the continuity of care where I can go and see my doctor face to face. I want to be able to book an appointment to see my doctor face to face in case I am having a very rough time with my pain. Dr Offer has done a lot to help me through my chronic pain issue and ensured that I am receiving further treatment. I am currently awaiting surgery but still need my Drs support and help through this rough period. I will not receive the same care over the phone, it is not acceptable to make people receive continued care over the phone.

Doctors are great but some of the receptionists are rude and unhelpful.They dont give you a chance to explain what you want before arguing with you. I recently had a telephone conversation with a gp who said she would put out a px for me and it would be ready at reception in the next half hour. I went up an hour later and the receptionist refused to look for it as she said it wouldnt be ready, i had explained what the doctor said, she then threw the prescription at me and shouted NEXT.A lady behind me said " it gets worse here"

Disgusted in how I am left waiting by a specific doctor for over 30 minutes each time I have an appointment. Also disgusted in how a young lady was left crying in the reception because the surgery lost her urine sample and pretty much blamed her for it. The receptionist was not sympathetic in the slightest. She has a 3 month baby at home and had to leave him to come and get her urine tested again. She knew full well she had an infection but was left waiting ages and nobody would give her help to get on her way home. I am disgusted in her treatment from the moment I saw her speak to reception. My sister intervened and gave her tissues. This is not how it should be.

We have had quite a disappointing experience at this practice so far. The communication with patients is quite poor ie when doctors leave or join the practice there is never any information on the website or within the practice to inform patients. Our child's doctor, whom we had been seeing for quite a long time, recently left the practice and we only found out once she had already gone and there was no prior information. People seem to come and go which is a little disconcerting to say the least and often doctor's names suddenly appear as an option to book online when nobody knew they had even joined. Our last practice used to inform patients about the staff and made an effort to share information - it is welcoming for the new staff members too, surely? It is also very difficult to get through on the phone - it just rings and rings constantly and then you are often greeted by rather grumpy, snappy reception staff. Once in the surgery itself it seems quite outdated - where many places have an efficient screen system to call patients in, we have to make do with doctors barking names over a tannoy which the hard of hearing struggle to hear. Overall I wouldn't really recommend this surgery to new patients.
