Trying to get an appointment with my preferred GP, and for continuity of care is impossible. I tried to book an appointment yesterday (18/02/2019) for the end of March, no appointments available and the diary for my preferred GP for the 1st April onwards is not open yet. My doctor requested I make an appointment for 8 weeks from when I last visited, I find it impossible to do this and not acceptable.
21st Aug 2018 - started off at position 6 in the queue at 08:30, tried to book an appointment with a named doctor, this doctor was on holiday and the diary for October for them had not opened so no appointment available with my preferred doctor. Asked for an appointment in the next day or two with any doctor bur none were available, offered triage which I accepted then the phone went dead, no one bothered to call me back even though my phone number will have been displayed on the receptionists' phone.
I have also attempted to book an appointment on the self-referral physio site again this doesn't seem to work, created self-referral on the 16th August 2018 at 13:00, this services promises a 48 hour turn round to respond to my query but currently at 09:40 on the 21st August 2018 none has been forthcoming.

Overall quite good apart from cleanliness and certain staff ill-mannered and disrespectful.
Receptionist answered the phone quickly and courteously. Triage nurse was very good and understanding, urgent appointment given same day. The doctor I saw was brilliant and very knowledgeable on the condition I presented with. Great service all round.
Had to remind GP to wash their hands, not the first occasion this has happened. Received an apology and placed hand sanitiser in more prominent position in response.
