I have been a patient at this practice for over 50 years, I normally see the same two doctors who are Dr MacGillvray and Dr Barr-Hamilton both have a lovely manner, are always very pleasant and understanding.
It’s now very difficult to get an appointment if you have a non emergency problem, you are advised to call at 8am, I have done this on a few occasions and I have had to redial up to 200 times. I have always found the reception staff to be helpful
I had an issue last week where I had to ask for a telephone consultation, this was arranged for same day and I was advised call
Can be 30mins later. Call arrived 1 hour later , the GP (who I will not name at this time) was very unhelpful and rather arrogant, I will never choose to be seen by this female GP ever again,
