I only wish we had joined the surgery as a family 25yrs ago when we arrived in Dorridge not just 2 yrs ago. I fail to see how other surgeries in the area can not offer the same level of care that Arden Medical Centre does.

The best thing I ever did was to change to this practice. The contrast between it and my previous practice is remarkable with lovely, friendly and helpful staff from reception through to healthcare assistants and doctors. I have always been able to get an appointment to suit me and have never felt rushed. That does mean that you may have to wait a bit longer before going in to your appointment but it is worth it and the waiting room is comfortable with good reading materials. My only concern is that if word gets out, more people will transfer here and these good points will suffer.

I have been with the surgery for many years and have always been unable to get a fairly prompt appointment. Equally, I've never been kept waiting for too long on the day (certainly never longer than 10 or 15 minutes). Keep up the good work!
