A small, friendly surgery where your face is recognised and you are treated as a person, not just 'the next patient'. The doctors and receptionists know YOU. Very easy to make appointments and get to see the doctor you want to see. I've been a patient here since 1992 and would not contemplate swapping to another surgery. They are a great team at Arden House, I fully recommend them.
