Made an appointment for depression. Was fobbed off with a form to fill in for counselling. At no point was the NHS self assessment for depression even mentioned let alone used!! I left the surgery feeling considerably worse than when I went in!! Dr Ankude didn't seem in any way interested in helping, it felt like he just wanted to move on to the next patient ASAP! Disgusted!!!

Ring first thing in the morning ,and you see a doctor same day.. Receptionist all very helpful . All the nurses all very kind and very caring. Doctors all very professional ,very caring and soon get you sorted .. Couldnt hope for a nicer surgery .

I have been with this surgery for 25 years. What has been most impressive is the caring and empathetic way in which I have been treated. I've never been rushed or fobbed off when I've been worried about things. Great continuing care and communication.

I have been with this surgery for almost twenty years. The Doctors and amazing Nursing Staff here have seen me at my very worst, both mentally and physically, and have always handled it with professional efficency, honest human compassion, and are completely supportive. I cannot rate them highly enough, or express correctly my complete trust, respect, and gratitude for their continuing support.
