Receptionists are always helpful and polite each time I have been in contact with them on behalf of my father.

I have been unwell with multiple health issues since April 19.I received very good care.Whenever I needed an appointment I got it.The GPs are caring and the reception staff are friendly.

I've tried to book a smear 3 times on the phone and have been unable to make an appointment - this has been over the period of 6 weeks! The next available appointment is in 2 weeks, for a smear. I think they should hire more nurses to reduce waiting time and employ friendly receptionists.
