Didn't expect to be spoken down to by one of the female GPS just for asking a question this is the second time I have had this happen to me. Thank goodness there are other GPS available. I don't appreciate what I got from that person that day not at all professional and not at all nice very unkind etc

It is impossible to make a GP appointment. You are supposed to phone at 8am to be seen that day, but wait on phone up to 20 mins, then told all are booked and offered a nurse, who is no substitute and when you see the nurse she always tells you to see the GP! To book an appointment takes 2-4 weeks to see a GP, plus risk having it cancelled by the surgery, or the GP being out - which has happened to me 3 times this year already (May 2018). I've given up on this surgery, but it is the only one serving Amble, so there's no other choice. They are so penny-pinching it's like getting water from a stone begging for a specialist referral. Even a simple blood test was a four weeks wait for me at this surgery! My dog is treated FAR better by my vet's service - I wish I were an animal!! Pity us all when Amble double's its population in a few years when all the new housing is built. God help us all - seriously!

What's the point in this surgery.you can't get an appointment within a fair time frame and when you do get one weeks later you are seen by unqualified staff i.e. Receptionists health assistants and the like and may I say a 2 day course does not qualify them to treat you it's a joke.if you do respond to me please do not make excuses to me.
