This surgery will do absolutely anything to avoid giving you a doctors appointment. They just will not let you see a doctor.
The reception staff were extremely helpful through the registration process as we are new residents to Bristol. The two GPs I have seen since have both been very helpful and have listened to my concerns rather than telling me what's wrong. I had an ongoing issue that this surgery hadn't been involved in, and listened to my concerns and issues caused by previous surgeries - giving brilliant advice and appropriate referrals to specialists.
I have felt at times rushed, but never ignored - but I understand the pressures on turnaround times and keeping space open for the growing and aging population.
Always able to get an appointment when I go there, though there might be a little wait which is understandable.

Good nurses
Good and easy to navigate website
Patient access for appts and repeat prescriptions
Currently calling patients by name - perhaps an electronic notice board would be nice.
Notice of which GPs are in attendance on the day would be a nice touch, without having to ask each time.
As my preference is to see the same Dr if possible that being Dr Faulkner which is usually possible .
The service at this surgery has always been to an excellent standard in making appointments or receiving advice. This caring is carried down through the system ie; receptionists nurses and doctors.

Thank you for such positive feedback. I will pass it on to the team. Our main focus is to provide excellent patient care, and while we do not always get things right, it is rewarding to hear about it when we do.
