I’ve had my 1 st jab of COVID and I’m a carer but when I phoned up today they said my disable daughter has got leaning difficulties and was not on the list as a government requirement she should have been on the list to go and get a her 1 st jab but didn’t they said they would phone me back but didn’t bother so now my daughter isn’t getting any jabs and I’m missing out on my 2 nd jab what are these doctors doing to their patients nothing it’s a death wish now and I’m taking it to the medical commission now I hate this practise no consideration at all my Daugher is dislextic and I’m not allowed to go in with her while jab is is given also I’ve stressed over this and my daughter is not so stress now about it all and doesn’t want the jab if doctors treat their patients in this way I would rather go to a place and die in peace just because it’s another flu epidemic that’s all it is government rules so now I’m not having any jab or other treatments owing to me I’ve lost so much weight over the month same as my daughter has well so god help new patients that are registered here go somewhere else please

I could not have been given greater care with Dr Lucy Horn. I had a mole that needed a biopsy and she talked through everything with me and kept me calm. I’m an extremely anxious person and she was more than happen to talk to me on the phone after my appointment. Even called me back when I was concerned about my referral and let me know the minute my results were in. I couldn’t recommend her care more. I don’t usually have a specific doctor since I rarely go to my GP, but I will definitely be asking if she is available in the future.

The doctors and nurses at the surgery are great, no problem with them, and that's when you have managed to get a appointment. I found the front desk the let down of the clinic and not friendly or helpful to patients. Try ringing for a appointment and you will find out. I personally think Robots will do a better job to what ever they do. I just hope you are not dying when you need a doctor as you will die trying. I am I the process of changing doctors surgery with I hope not have an impact to the actual doctors or nurses who work there Regards
