Everything about this surgery has been very good, from the initial making of the appointment with a very helpful receptionist, to my ear treatment by the most cheerful and friendly practice nurse. I came out smiling!
I think the only thing that might make it easier for some patients would be some more parking space - but this is not really practical given the location.
This is definitely an excellent surgery.

The Allerton Practice is friendly and welcoming, from receptionists to nurses and doctors. I have recommended a neighbour to move to this practice after receiving poor treatment from her large and impersonal one and she is very happy with the move, especially not having long waits t o get appointments . Like her, I appreciate being treated as a person, not a series of ailments. Small is good!

I would like to thank Dr hossain for her support on the discovery of my breast cancer and the prompt referal. I would also like to thank her for finally sorting out the problems with my diabetes meds and the pharmacy these were causing me a great deal of stress which her actions have greatly reduced.

I have been a patient at this surgery for over fifty years, and in that time
have seen many changes, Doctors, Nurses, Midwifes, Receptionists..
I personally find all of our receptionists professional, kind,caring,and compassionate often going that extra mile to help you. There are four Doctors to choose from, over time we all acquire a favourite, I know I have mine. All are professional individuals with different personalities, and a credit to their chosen profession.
In all, the whole practice team work together to give the best experience possible.
My whole family are patients here.Three generations, that should speak for itself.
I will remain a patient here until my end.

I've been with this practice for about 16 years. It generally has been good and now I think it is ever better, even EXCELLENT. I can make appointments online and if it's not really something I actually have to come from a phone call from A GP the same day is excellent. All staff have been great. I don't mind them being late sometimes and I prepare for that, although it hardly happens, as realise they may have just seen say 2 people who needed more time or emergency admission to hospital etc. I think they would give me that extra time if something serious came up. So thank you Allerton Medical Centre.
