The care I receive from Dr John Clark is amazing. He involves me in my care and if I don't understand anything he will make the time to explain everything in more detail. He is by far the best doctor I have seen. Dr John Clark ensures every options are considered and if something doesn't work he will always look at other avenues are explored.
The reception staff are also amazing. They will always try and work around me if any problems arise. They go above and beyond to help in any situations and they all show compassion. They are all brilliant and I couldn't ask for a better service.

Yesterday, I was reviewed by the Practice Nurse Heather Adams who advised me that with working within the Medical Centre she recommended I had a flu jab.
She made me feel very welcome and although a colleague I knew my data and confidentiality would be secure.
She had noticed during thorough checks that my temperature was abnormally high and recommended I did not go through with having the flu jab that day and rebooked me an appointment for a week later.
I was pleased with the service I received.
