I am a serving Royal Navy Officer and have experienced health care support from numerous different medical centres, both in the UK and abroad. I can say with complete confidence that service provided Albermarle Medical centre is of the highest standard by far. Both the GP surgery and the Dental Centre deliver a highly professional service, and do so in manner in which I was always made to feel at ease and welcomed. All the staff are happy to discuss and explain treatment options and implications. Despite being a busy practice, appointments are usally availabel within reasonable timescales and at no point in your consultation are you made to feel hurried. Provision of repeat prescriptions is a simple affair with medicines always available for collection as agreed. Professional and courtious staff, a clean environment and a punctual service....what more can a patient ask for!!

I have been going to this medical centre for 10 years now. I am been made redundant at the end of June 15. I will miss this medical centre as I will have register with my local Gp where I live to which I am dreading as my wife is patient there and has trouble in getting appointments quickly if needed. Doctor John Clark is absolutely first class always takes his time to explain every thing and phones you personally to see if you are ok. He is the best doctor I have ever had and I will personally miss him. Thank you John. The reception staff are first class as well always polite and very helpful from booking appointments to also organising repeat prescriptions. I also want to thank Andy the physio for all his help. Don't think that I will get a medical centre like this again. Dr John Clark please pass on my sincere thanks to all your staff. Will see you all on my final medical which will be a sad day for me.

The services provided at Albemarle Medical Centre are first class. I have a long term back injury sustained in service and since relocating to the North East the staff have been really helpful and supportive. The admin staff are friendly and proficient and I've never struggled to get an appointment to see the practice nurse or the GP, both or whom provide excellent services. The Physio has provided me with the treatment and expertise to get me back to work and to full health (almost!) and it a top bloke too. To summarise, the centre is manned by professionals delivering a professional service and is a massive asset to the area.

It makes a change to have medical centre reception staff who dion't want to know every intricate details of your ailment before they will let you near a nurse or doctor. It also a pleasant change to be able tohave appointments booked with speed and efficiency where possible and even when busy are always pleasant to the customer. I am continually impressed with the level of care afforded to me at this medical centre. Thank you.
