I am a serving Royal Navy Officer and have experienced health care support from numerous different medical centres, both in the UK and abroad. I can say with complete confidence that service provided Albermarle Medical centre is of the highest standard by far. Both the GP surgery and the Dental Centre deliver a highly professional service, and do so in manner in which I was always made to feel at ease and welcomed. All the staff are happy to discuss and explain treatment options and implications. Despite being a busy practice, appointments are usally availabel within reasonable timescales and at no point in your consultation are you made to feel hurried. Provision of repeat prescriptions is a simple affair with medicines always available for collection as agreed.
Professional and courtious staff, a clean environment and a punctual service....what more can a patient ask for!!
