Phone line always busy, as they have only one for all few thousands patients.. Unable to book an appointment with your GP, every appointment you have different doctor. 3 working days waiting for printing and signing your repeat prescriptions.

It always seems to be busy, they pick the phone up and put it back down without answering this happens all the time

We often have to wait in excess of 30 minutes past our appointment time.... seems to be getting worse. If a patient is regularly late they get a warning but the Drs do it all the time... WE have jobs too!!
