We saw Dr Jackson today - and he was just brilliant with my step daughter - interested - explained at her level, he took a lot of time with us. Talked to her about her options for GCSE too! I work in healthcare and it was so lovely to see how great the service and practice was today - but especially Dr Jackson.

Good all round care,have been a patient here for 40 years. It is helpful to see a familiar Doctor who is all knowing about your Family it makes the appointment quicker when the doctor has this knowledge.Appointments like this are usually possible , I have noticed recently that feedback on test results are difficult to come by and that referral to other medics are taking ages. I understand the immense pressures on GPs at the moment and maybe this is why.

I have been a patient at this practice since 1998. Have always found all the doctors and staff courteous, caring and helpful. ,Appointments are generally available when requested and home visits always made if unable to get to the surgery. Overall pleased with the service provided.

All the partners and the nurses are very welcoming. The doctors take time to listen to me and explain my treatment. The overall service could be improved by reduction of referral time to hospital consultants, although I suspect that most of the delay lies with the hospitals.
