You hardly get an appointment to Doctors,, emergency appointments are given to the Nurse. The receptionist kindly offer you support (if you are unable to return )to post you a result/note, then she never send it to you. You need to phone them it has not arrived. Then you get an explanation.. .posting is not safe! You can not get patient centred care in this surgery due to above.
