Myself and family have been patients here for 25 y. The help and assistance has declined rapidly over 12 months.
I have been a patient at this establishment since it was opened by Dr Abbas in the 1980 s. When it was excellent.
In the last 12 months it has seriously declined to almost of no use at all.
I am now looking elsewhere.
I cannot praise this surgery enough.
All the receptionist staff are very polite and helpful. The surgery runs efficiently and the building is spotless.
The Advanced nurse Yvonne goes above and beyond to help you in any way she can.
Very professional with excellent communication skills.

Am I the only person that thinks this is the worse practice I've ever known
You cant make appointments, to get a doctor to speak to you is almost impossible, the staff are extremely rude.
It appears this surgery is only interested in getting as many clients as possible to claim the money off the goverment per head.
I have lived and travelled all around the world and I can say this is the worst practice I have ever been a patient of.
As soon as it is possible I will be leaving these guys
Atrocious service
You hardly get an appointment to Doctors,, emergency appointments are given to the Nurse.
The receptionist kindly offer you support (if you are unable to return )to post you a result/note, then she never send it to you. You need to phone them it has not arrived. Then you get an explanation.. .posting is not safe!
You can not get patient centred care in this surgery due to above.
