Got seen on time. All staff really nice and helpful at builth wells Powys surgery.

Exceptional surgery from the front of house right through to the medics and nursing team. Always friendly, feel listened to and, given the overall pressure on GP's in the UK, we get very quick appointments for which we're thankful

Very difficult to get a face to face appointment despite the fact the surgery is empty, so they don’t seem to see many people any more. Telephone appointments are often with someone other than the GP first which means you are often misdiagnosed (has happened to me on several occasions) and you end up having to request a face to face appointment to get the right treatment.

I had to wait 7 days to see a doctor.

It takes a while to get an appointment. I am always a bit surprised as to why, when i arrive 10 minutes before an appointment, i am always about half an hour late to be seen. Its not a big issue, but everyone who arrives after me seems to wait only a few minutes.

Dr Chris was a very good communicator especially given that my son speaks very little English.

I have had no problems with this surgery. Sometimes have to wait quite a while to be called but doctors do spend time during appointment to listen and thoroughly understand that someone before me may need more time.

Excellent fast and efficient treatment within 4 hours.

Went to the surgery today and was seen by nurse Wendy Hook who did an excellent job and spent time explaining everything. Really friendly,professional and patient. First class service. Also from the beginning of the visit the receptionist was cheerful and welcoming.it felt like I wasn't being rushed and everyone had time for me.
